Geoff provided his drafting services for our home extension in Highett. He was very diligent in understanding our needs whilst also providing very technical and knowledgeable understanding of the building codes and Bayside council rulings to apply to our house as well as offer his own design tips and ideas that we have added to our design. Geoff came in to help us with converting architectural plans to construction drawings. He found an intricacy that we had not been able to see in the plans about the height of our new en-suite ceiling. Rather than ignoring it, he called it to our attention. We had to re-submit our Council Planning permit, delaying our project further, but we can rest assured our final product will be so much better thanks to Geoff’s attention to detail.
