Once we have refined your preferred schematic design we can explore the proposal in more design development detail to create a complete product incorporating elevations and comprehensive section plans. We’ll discuss with you the finer details of the design – the styles of windows and doors, for example – and consider the types of materials to be used in the construction. Once you’ve approved the design, any necessary town planning applications can be prepared and processed. Alternatively if town planning is not required we can prepare and lodge any dispensations with council for approval.
