We appreciate that getting an extension, renovation or new house designed and built is a big deal. Many drafting companies are happy to quote without providing a thorough explanation of the drafting process involved. We think you deserve to understand exactly how the process works, before you commit. Below is a description of the typical steps we go through with clients when developing their project. Of course all jobs are different, and yours may not require all of these steps. We’ll discuss the likely stages of your project before we proceed.
